2. General Provisions & Contract Formation

• These terms govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer for purchases made through this online store.

• All products displayed on the store are for informational purposes only. A binding purchase contract is formed when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the Buyer.

• The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical glitch, or product unavailability.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices listed on the store are final and include applicable statutory VAT (DPH) where applicable.

• Payment can be made using the secure payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (14-Day Guarantee)

• Pursuant to EU consumer protection law, Buyers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email prior to shipping the item back.

6. Warranty & Complaints (Reklamace)

• Statutory consumer rights regarding defective goods apply in accordance with Czech and EU law.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@standardredesigned.com with photos and a description of the issue.
